Overview - Our detailed Shipping and Delivery Policy is listed below. A quick reference guide is listed below, which covers the majority of questions our customers may have when purchasing from us.

  • Free Shipping on Small Item orders of $99 or more before applicable taxes, including bedding, pillows, and toppers.
  • Free Shipping on Larger Items, including Adjustable Beds, Mattresses, and Bedroom Furniture, to all major cities across Canada (Not including Remote Destinations or Territories). To learn more, contact us directly today!
  • The majority of in-stock orders are typically processed and shipped on the same day or the following day. Once an order is fulfilled track is uploaded and automatically emailed directly to the email address on the order.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after the cutoff times are processed the next business day
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended
  • You will receive an order confirmation upon placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Types

We offer multiple delivery options depending on product type:

Small Parcel Shipping (Bedding & Accessories)

  • Shipped via courier (FedEx, UPS, GLS, Canpar, Purolator, and Canada Post)
  • Delivered to your doorstep
  • No signature required in most cases (Signature is required on orders of $500 or more.)

Compressed Mattress Shipping (Bed-in-a-Box)

  • Delivered via courier in compact packaging
  • Easy handling and doorstep delivery
  • May arrive separately from other items
  • A Freight LTL carrier may be used as an alternative if the item is Heavy or oversized for your delivery region or when the address is classified as a remote location.

Large Item Freight Delivery (Adjustable Beds & Furniture)

  • Shipped via LTL freight carriers
  • Curbside or To The Door Delivery. (Additional Services Available Upon Request)
  • Optional in-home delivery & setup available in select regions

Large Item Courier Delivery (Adjustable Beds & Furniture) 

  • Some of our Adjustable Bases qualify for shipping via courier to select areas across Canada. A signature upon delivery will be required.

Shipping Rates

Canada

  • Free standard shipping to nearly anywhere in Canada.
  • Remote or rural areas may incur additional fees
  • Northern territories may have surcharges

United States

  • Flat-rate or calculated shipping at checkout

International

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout
  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped:

Delivery Appointments & Access

For large deliveries:

  • Customers may be contacted to schedule a delivery window
  • For condos/apartments:
    • Elevator booking may be required
    • Provide buzzer codes and access instructions
  • Couriers do not guarantee specific delivery times

Scheduled coordination and building access requirements are common for large-item deliveries

In-Home Delivery & Setup (Where Available)

In select service areas, we may offer:

  • Room-of-choice delivery
  • Assembly of adjustable bases and furniture
  • Packaging removal

Additional services may include:

  • Mattress or furniture removal (fee applies)

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
  • Multiple items may ship separately with different tracking numbers
  • Please monitor tracking for real-time updates

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday during business hours.
  • Some couriers, including UPS, Purolator, or FedEx, may attempt delivery on a Saturday if the delivery address qualifies, but this is not a guarantee.
  • Signature is typically not required for parcel shipments unless the value of your order is greater than $499.
  • Couriers may leave packages in a safe location if deemed secure

If delivery is missed:

  • Carriers may attempt redelivery (typically up to 3 attempts)
  • Pickup at a local depot may be required

Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Remote delivery locations

We are not responsible for delays once the order is in transit, but we will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Inspect items upon delivery
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt (if applicable)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos

We will work quickly to resolve:

  • Replacements
  • Repairs
  • Claims with the carrier

Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately due to:

  • Warehouse locations
  • Product availability
  • Size and shipping method differences

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, orders are subject to return policies

Service Limitations

  • Delivery teams do not move existing furniture unless pre-arranged prior to delivery.
  • No installation requiring structural modifications
  • No guaranteed delivery time windows for standard shipping
