Bedding and Pillows
Bedding items can be returned, provided within 30 days of receiving your order, if it's unused and in the original packaging. Pillows, Bed Linens, Toppers, and Mattress Pads or Protectors fall under this category. If your product is deemed defective under the manufacturer's warranty, then you will receive a full replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
To initiate an authorized return, please see instructions below:
- Email returns@bedandbaseco.ca and reference your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. The reason for the return, along with all pertinent information, including name, address, and phone number.
- A member from our Customer Care Team will contact you within 24 hours of receipt, providing a Return Authorization # and additional shipping details.
- Once the Authorized return is received at the correct destination warehouse, the refund will be immediately processed.
Comfort Exchange - Change The Way You Sleep Guarantee
We offer a 60 Day Comfort Exchange on all mattress models, excluding Clearance, Promotional, or Discontinued models. On the PowerCool models, you can only exchange for another firmness/comfort as they are specifically designed and engineered for the matching adjustable bed bases.
A mattress protector must be purchased or delivered at the time of your delivery to trigger the Comfort Guarantee. We have basic mattress protectors to luxury mattress pads starting at $79.
Adjustable Bases and Bedroom Furniture
All sales are final on all adjustable bases and bedroom furniture. In the event of a product defect or warranty claim, your item will either be repaired or fully replaced by the manufacturer.
